Responsibilities:

• Assist OD to conduct operation management.
• Monitor several projects, manage the project quality, schedule, cost and EHS during whole process; ensure the regulatory compliance, time schedule, quality, profit and customer satisfaction.
• Implement company policies throughout the project.
• Maintain effective communication with project team and the external parties to ensure the smooth implementation of relative work.
• Coordinate and solve the difficulties & contradictions that occurred to project manager during project implement.
• Strengthen the loyalty, satisfaction and company pride of project team.
• Train the project team to improve the overall quality; Train the project manager, enable them to exceed general standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate, share experience upon information feedback from project team to improve the whole team.
• Review the critical outgoing documents like design comments, tender evaluation report, letter of award, contract, payment certificate, change order and etc.
• Participate critical meetings like bidding classification & clarification, contract negotiation and etc.
• Participate regular management meetings during project implementation.
• Review and approve project quality plan prepared by project manager in start-up stage.
• Review and approve project completion report prepared by project manager in close-down stage.
• Support BD during bidding process.
• Carry out other duties/works instructed or assigned by OD.

Requirements:

• Civil / M&E Engineering bachelor degree or above.
• At least 12 years of experience as Project Manager. 5 years of experience in foreign owned engineering/ project management company is preferred; If foreigner, minimum 3 years of working experience in China.
• At least 3 years of experience as Project Director or above is preferred.
• 3 years working experiences as department head is preferred.
• National Grade 1 Constructor is preferred.
• Good team work leadership, strong communication and coordination skills.
• Strong level of self-motivation, initiative and result oriented.
• Decisive & willing to take responsibilities.
• Strong experience in business negotiation.
• Familiar at Auto CAD,Project ,MS office.
• Good English/Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Believing honesty and integrity are important values.
• Responsible, well organized with teamwork spirit and　strong sense of confidentiality.
